Camp Cape is at Centenary Methodist Church in the Family Life Center at 320 N Ellis, Cape Girardeau. For this form you can register for Sessions 1, 3,4, 5 and 6; Session 2 is a Bible camp with Vacation Bible School and has a separate registration form.
